"42" This is our new number. Recently we watched the movie about Jackie Robinson, who wore the number 42, and the challenges he faced as he broke through racial barriers playing the sport he loved. I can only imagine how many times he wanted to quit, yet he pressed on. He was able to press on because of the goal set before him and others along the way that cheered him on that kept him going. Our blog has been silent for a long time, because we have been busy and because there has been very little happening with regard to our adoption. There are times the challenges and delays get very discouraging. Some have asked if we have considered changing countries, or even quitting the process entirely. There are times of discouragement, yet the Lord placed upon our hearts the desire to adopt. He gave us this goal and keeps it before our eyes, and we are so thankful for those that stand by our side cheering us along. Thank you for your prayers and support.
